The country’s Digitalization Ministry announced that a Minecraft server will be opened for students who cannot leave their home during the quarantine. Thus, students will have a pleasant time while staying at home. Fun education for students The Polish government will not just wait for students to open a Minecraft server and play games. In fact, the game is also part of a larger pack of online activities called Grarantanna. Its aim is to ensure that students have fun and do not lag behind education. The system includes modules for historical tests, logic puzzles, logic games and even role-playing games. On the Grarantanna Minecraft server, students will fight fiercely in creative mode to produce copies of historical buildings. Students will be able to use endless resources in this mode. The event, which started today, will end on March 27. All you need to join the server is an original copy of the Minecraft game and the Polish student card. There is a list of the behaviors that should be followed after entering the server once. Students will make their own games The Grarantanna program also includes a 5-day game development event. In this five-day program, the aim is for the participants to produce their own games with a “promotion” theme. The winning game will be selected at the end of the event. High school students up to the age of 19 can attend the event. In our country, a platform where students can take distance education has been announced. Although it is stated that there will be additional activities on that platform, there is of course no Minecraft server. Poland seems to have followed an interesting path at this point.
